    2. Sale Services

    2.1 Reviewing and examining contract carefully make sure to satisfy customers with our sufficient capability.? Communicating with customers and transferring information to customers make customers’ requests realized exactly and fully.

    2.2 Make sure to deliver goods according to contract on time. Marketing department shall contact customer by telephone within three days after receipt of goods by customer to enquire details about the checking and receiving of goods, including if the quality can satisfy customer, transportation, package and other requires from customer. When customer requires installation fieldwork service, our company will send professional technical person to opening checking and receiving and then guide installation and debugging, until the equipment operates normally. Our company supplies corresponding training services.

    3. After-Sale Services

    3.1.If there happen to be any quality problems, our company shall response within 8 hours after receiving customers’ complaints and send technical service personnel to the locale within 48 hours to solve problems. Our company will pay all the expenses for solving problems.

    3.2.Our company carries out “three guarantees” for all our products. We take all responsibility for quality problems within the quality validity, and strictly fulfill the agreements of the contract.
