Cast aluminum electric heater is a kind of electric heater with tubular electric heating element as heating body and high-quality aluminum material as heat transfer conductor. Its operating temperature is generally between 0 ℃ and 450 ℃. It can be widely used in plastic machinery, die head, cable machinery, chemical industry, rubber, petroleum and other equipment.

Cast aluminum electric heater is a kind of heater with high efficiency and uniform heat distribution. The metal alloy with excellent thermal conductivity can ensure uniform temperature of hot surface and eliminate hot and cold points of equipment. It has the advantages of long life, good thermal insulation, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, anti magnetic field and so on.

①die casting ring type cast aluminum electric heater: it is suitable for heating the external package of pipes and vessel shells, and suitable for the working temperature range (0 ~ 350 ℃). Advantages: convenient disassembly and installation, small power of single heater, flexible and convenient, and free assembly and collocation can meet the actual working conditions of the owner. Disadvantages: lack of beauty, non explosion-proof, not as good as the other two kinds of cast aluminum electric heater.

② Cast aluminum coil type cast aluminum electric heater: suitable for high temperature, high pressure, high corrosion and other harsh conditions, various class II explosion-proof places, suitable for the working temperature range (0 ~ 450 ℃), especially suitable for oil and gas stations and other places. Advantages: wide application range, good heat transfer effect, long service life and good heat preservation performance. Disadvantages: compared with the other two kinds of cast aluminum electric heater, its volume is larger and its cost is higher.

③ Casting molding straight tube cast aluminum electric heater: it is suitable for the harsh working conditions of high temperature and high pressure, high impurities in heating medium, easy to cause equipment blockage, various class II explosion-proof places, applicable to the working temperature range (0 ~ 450 ℃), especially suitable for the oil and gas wellhead medium containing more impurities. Advantages: convenient disassembly and cleaning, good heat exchange effect and long service life. Disadvantages: compared with the other two kinds of cast aluminum electric heater, its thermal insulation performance is slightly poor.
